ACTO has come a long way from its early, determined beginnings. What started as a coordinated effort between a handful of committed governors has grown into one of the defining institutions of the Antares region. Today, ACTO is responsible for around 35% of the entire Antares Development Index, a figure that reflects not just scale, but the consistency and discipline behind its governance.
With 10 council members now seated, ACTO operates with a depth and continuity that reflects a collective effort. Each member adds their own perspective and expertise, strengthening the council’s ability to coordinate and guide regional development. This growth in leadership isn’t a break from the past; it’s the natural evolution of the foundation we built together.
ACTO now coordinates 34 incorporated planets, each operating within a shared framework that has matured over time. Every world contributes to the region’s development while benefiting from consistent standards and transparent governance. The scale we’ve reached feels less like expansion for its own sake and more like the natural outcome of steady cooperation.
None of this would have been possible without the trust of the inhabitants who settled on these worlds. Their confidence in our stewardship is something I value deeply, and it continues to guide every decision we make.
And I’ll say it plainly: I’m proud of what ACTO has become. Proud of the structure we built, the trust we earned, and the momentum we’ve created. ACTO stands today as a model of what regional governance can achieve when people commit to something larger than themselves. Antares is stronger for it, and the work continues.
In service to a greater Antares.
