ACTO is a collective of planetary governors that seeks to unify the administrative strength, strategic insight, and shared resources of Antarean‑governed planets. The council is committed to enabling each incorporated planet to thrive within the broader Antarean sphere.

Our mission is to:

1. Ensure Antares becomes the clear and strategic choice for established players seeking to centralize their planetary infrastructure.
2. Consolidate and optimize planetary funds to support growth, efficient governance, and response to emerging needs.
3. Promote collaboration by empowering each council member to contribute expertise and best practices for the benefit of all Antarean territories.
4. Strengthen administration cohesion across Antares planets through transparent oversight, unified standards and shared objectives.
5. Advance the Antarean faction by aligning planetary initiatives with long-term development goals.

• Simplify the reimbursement process for governors and enable governors to receive compensation for their efforts.
• Centralise decision-making for future Faction-related features.
